With an over-100 year legacy, PHC is the country’s second largest employer and a champion of sustainable practices. PHC operates three sites across over 100,000 hectares of which 30,000 hectares are used for our plantations.

Our Mission
Our Vision
To create shared prosperity through agribusiness for our people and our planet through advancing sustainable and inclusive practices.
Our Operations
PHC supports the palm oil value chain from start to finish. We produce high quality seeds at our CREATY research and experimentation centre, which are used across our three plantations Lokutu, Yaligimba and Boketa. Each mill produces palm oil and palm kernel oil, and all of our production is sold locally for Congolese consumption.

Our impact
PHC is committed to creating shared value and uplifting the communities we serve, delivering the highest standards of environmental protection, and building best practice corporate governance.
We have committed to zero-deforestation and rehabilitating previously exploited land across our operations, as well as embracing innovation to drive productivity and fulfil growing demand.
