With 18 years of experience in the technical engineering field, Mr. Paulin Ndedi started his career in the construction industry before joining PHC in 2004 where he served as Maintenance Manager and then Factory Manager, a position he held for five years at all three of PHC’s operating sites. Since 5, Mr. Ndedi has been coordinating the operations of the technical department in the role of Technical Director, a position that requires him to be present at all PHC operating sites.

Mr. Ndedi holds a degree in electromechanical engineering, obtained in 2000 in the DRC.
