A dynamic professional, Mr. Jean de Dieu LUWEMBI started his career as a Congolese National Police Officer in 1999. In 2009, he joined the United Nations Mission in Congo (MONUSCO) as a Security Officer, a position he held until 2014. Between 2015 and 2022, he held the position of Security Director for the cement company CIMKO, then Security Director for the telecommunications company Helios Towers before working as a Safety and Security Consultant in the DRC for the American company OnFrontiers. He has been Director of Safety and Security at PHC since April 2022.

Mr. Luwembi holds a degree in Public Law. He has been a lawyer of the Kongo Central bar in DRC since 2017.
