Fanny SALMON started her career at PHC in January 2015 as an intern. She was hired full time in May of the same year as a Project Engineer for the ESG department with additional responsibilities in mapping. She continued her career at PHC, holding several positions in the ESG department including ESG Program Manager and then Interim ESG Director. In her current role, Fanny is responsible for PHC’s social management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, and governance. 

Ms. Salmon graduated with a Master's degree in Bioengineering in 2014, specializing in forest and natural area management. As part of her studies, she spent several months in Katanga completing a dissertation about the plant communities of Miombo.
