Désiré KAZADI began his career as an IT professional in 1998 as the Head of the Computer Center of the Science Department at the University of Kinshasa (Unikin). In 2001, after working as developer and trainer at ECP and IT Support at Transys, he held the position of IT Manager for the Franco-British company Perenco in the DRC. In 2005, he was recruited by the cell phone operator Vodacom Congo as Billing Applications Manager. He then held the positions of Head of Billing & IT, Head of Enterprise IT & Technology Security, and Head of IT Infrastructure within the same company. In September 2022, he took up his current position as Director of IT & ERP at PHC where he steers the IT and ERP strategy and operations of the company.  

Mr. Kazadi holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Kinshasa.
