As part of the Executive Management of PHC, Mr. Anis BEN YOUNES leads the Moving Assets Department, whose aim is to ensure the management, maintenance and budgetary monitoring of the company’s rolling stock and boat equipment, as well as to set up procedures within the framework of a quality management system. Mr. Ben Younes ensures optimal availability of equipment to support PHC’s departments.

With 16-years of experience, Mr. Ben Younes has worked in several countries (Tunisia, Libya, DRC, CAR, Mauritania and Cameroon) and specializes in the maintenance of rolling stock for companies operating in transportation, construction, and logging and fields. 

Mr. Ben Younes holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the National School of Engineers of Tunis (ENIT), class of 2005.
